16th August iCXC organized a Birthday Party for our au pair and there's only one au pair have birthday this month,

that's Andrea from Italy who just landed in China.

with some delicate snacks and it's the right way to to having birthday party while having fun.

Every birthday is praying to the future, with the extinguish of the candle then it comes to the new life, there will be countless

friends and story expecting you in the future, hope the future of the au pair will bright as the sun and with infinite possibilities.

After the birthday party then it's the gaming session!

Rule of the games: When the music start then the participant will keep passing the doll, and the music stop the one who

holding the doll will share the feeling about the culture differences between Chinese culture and western culture.

The atmosphere was great! The au pair share a lot feeling and impression about China.

After the birthday session then it comes to sharing session~

And here is the sharing session:

We prepared 3 questions: 1, expectation towards the agency; 1, expectation towards the host family; 3, what is the biggest challenge you are facing right now.

And let the au pair wrote the question on the paper and discuss it after collected.

Then the au pair also discuss the question abotu what they just written, the old arrivals also share a lots experience

about taking care of children and the new arrivals learn a lot from them.

Our coordinators will also help them to finish this program SE on the questions they release, it also the purpose of this sharing session.
