Application Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Teaching certificate (i.e.: TEFL, CELTA) preferred
3. Native English speaker (or nearly native speaker)
4. Teaching experience is preferred but not required ( training provided)
5. Ability to commit to at least a 1 year contract
6. Open minded, patient, friendly and culturally sensitive

Salary:
The monthly salary ranges between 8,000 – 20,000 RMB (1,000 – 3,000 USD) per month. The exact amount is determined by which school you work for, the city you are based in, and the length of previous teaching experience.

Increases in salary:
