Pick up

Picking up the airport is a learning art. Generally, our customer service staff will confirm the landing time and location of the flight with the au pair in advance and inform the family.At the same time, send text messages to the au pair in advance to inform them of the exit, and hold up what kind of flags to facilitate the au pair to find, and remind the au pair to take their carry-on luggage and checked luggage.
On the day the au pair lands, our customer service colleagues will bring the airport pick-up card and accompany and assist the family to pick up the au pair at the airport.Of course, there are some contingencies.The plane is delayed, the luggage is lost, the person cannot be found, these are all possible things, it is really hard for us to pick up the little brother little sister!

After moving into the family, Staffs of ICXC will give instructions to au pair and au pair families

Instructions bring a lot of informations, from registrition, schedule to table manners, cleaning and kids interests, Our colleagues will patiently explain and remind au pair and families to avoid some unnecessary misunderstandings or conflicts later.

What is the training for?

Some families dont think it's important, but it is. The training covers all aspects of the au pairs' life in China, as well as many matters needing attention during the program.

The trainers also Shared ways for the au pair to spend time with their children.Like how to play games with children, how to teach children English, how to get along with children, au pair are very helpful

The training takes 2 days, after it, Francisco and Ana knows this program and Chinese culture more. But it i all a start, still has a long journey to go.
