Present from the family
Julija is from Riga, Latvia. Though small in size, Latvia is a well-developed country. This country has a high education degree, and the residents there are really nice and polite. Riga, the capital of Latvia, is located in the Baltic sea, also known as the "beating heart of the Baltic sea" and the "Paris of the north". Wandering around in the old city at night, you can feel the traces of 800-year-old history there. If northern Europe is a fairy tale, then Riga is the book written with fairy tales, every corner is worth of staying.
Like her peers, traveling is one of her hobbies. Julija left her footprints in more than 20 countries and had lived independently overseas for more than half a year. She had also participated in many overseas international projects. Julija believes that traveling can express her passion and experience the multi-element culture of every country.
Julija described herself as a passionate linguist and book reader. She expresses herself creatively in playing musical instruments, calligraphy and dancing. Julija’s interested in social events -- not just participating, but also being an organizer. Julaja also likes to experience new cultures and meet new people by traveling. She loves to maintain an environmentally friendly lifestyle. In addition, Julija can do handcraft, dance, sing, cook, write, take photos and play guitar (4 years). If she has free time, Julija likes to go swimming, cycling, running and playing badminton, and occasionally volunteers in the community.
‘Positive, confident, outgoing, hardworking and curious about life’ the characters of Julija. Julija believes creativity is key in terms of teaching children English. Children are born with curiosity and the ability to come up with new ideas. Playing with children, Julija believes that interest is the mother of learning, so she would discover what is the passion of children, and blend it into study. Language learning should be fun in the first place. It would be counterproductive for a child to think that English is just a must-learn subject.
Julija wrote in the letter: "I'm open to lots of thing and positive. I love spending time with kids, this program is going to be a great experience for both of us. I am ready, and I am well aware that as the sister in the family. Taking care of them every day and being responsible. I want to assure you that I will always provide a positive atmosphere for your family and respect your lifestyle. I have a lot of goals. I want to live in China for a while, get to know your culture and lifestyle, and broaden my horizons."
