We carried out the third orientation training in September so that Au pairs and the host family could enjoy a happy, harmonious National holiday.
For what reason au pairs should do Orientation training?
1、Helping au pairs to better blend with new environment.
2、Reducing the problems or difficulties that au pairs might encounter in the process of reciprocity.
3、Making sure every au pair understands their own responsibility and position.
4、Helping Au pairs to overcome the culture shock.
Besides introducing Chinese culture, customs and, most importantly, how to get along well with family.Indeed, Chinese and western cultures are so different from each other. Au pair needs this systematically trained to help them to better get along with their families. We also wish them could have a more harmonious and happy relationship with their families and finish this program successfully!
