Addi from Germany 19 years old
Addi Landing on 23/8/2019
Addi and Johannes (For details, please see ‘Avenger - Infinity German’) are from Lower Saxony, Germany. Lower Saxony is the second largest continent in Germany. It has widely different scenery, romantic valleys, bizarre reefs, vast forests and numerous lakes, making it a tourist attraction in Germany. Except for his mother tongue German, Addi excels in English, French and Russian due to Germany's proximity to Britain and France.
In terms of hobbies, Addi likes handicraft, painting, cooking, chess, photography, Lego and learning languages. Speaking of sport, he likes swimming, volleyball, basketball and badminton. Addi describes himself this way: I'm a little introverted at first meet, but actually I'm an extrovert, and all my friends like me. When dealing with problems, I can always be calm.
It is often said that fate can not be stopped when it comes. When we were picking up Addi, we met Juliance (first from the right) who also from Germany. She has just arrived in China, and She’s going to Nanjing for school. Juliance came to Shenzhen was to visit the children of her previous host family, and she happened to meet the Yu picking up Addi. The "old and new" au pair soon began to talk, and Juliance share Addi with lots of his own experience.

Once they got off the plane, the host family gave Addi a surprise. Mrs. Yu didn’t feel well, but she still insist on picking up Addi, and brought flowers and presents for him. Addi was delighted to receive the flowers from his "mom”. Maybe this was what she expected the family to look like.
'I always love to learn foreign languages and want to be able to communicate with people from all over the world,' Addi wrote in a letter to the family. Mandarin is a tonal language and has its own written system, so it is very different from other languages I know, which makes me very interested in this language. Mandarin sounds very beautiful, I decided to learn it not long ago, and actually learning and knowing the language makes me love it even more. During the year in China, I hope i can help my children to improve their English, French or German, and I also hope to gain a lot of experience and good memories in China.
