For what reason au pairs should do landing training?

(1)Helping au pairs to better blend with new environment.。

(2)Reducing the problems or difficulties that au pairs might encounter in the process of reciprocity.

(3) Making sure every au pair understands their own responsibility and position.。

(4)Helping au pairs to overcome the culture shock between China and their own country.

The main purposes of training is to help au pairs to fit in new environment as soon as possible, and to better blend with host family. At the same time, answering au pairs’ questions. So that we can make sure the reciprocity go smoothly.
