March 17th, 2019, IAPA (International Au Pair Association) 25th annual session was held in Luxembourg. People around the world gathered around here to celebrate its 25th Birthday.

IAPA (International Au Pair Association) is a global organization that manages all aspects of Au Pair activities. IAPA has more than 170 members in 45 countries. In 1994, IAPA was established at WYSTC (World Youth and Student Travel Conference) in Canada. The purpose of IAPA is to protect the rights of both Au pair and host family. In the meanwhile, to establish the standard norms and regulations of Au Pair exchange.

The theme of the opening ceremony was "Authentic influencing: The entrepreneurial power of social media". The session was also around the topics of "To be a bold brand among the world's brands", "To deal with uncertainty: Brexit and cultural exchange domain" & "Possible task: government and industry work together to look for solutions" to give speeches and lectures.

As a member of IAPA, it was the 8th time for iCXC to attend the annual session.

It was a great opportunity for us to communicate with and learn from different representatives who were from the same industry. What more, looked for more support and cooperation. As an excellent practitioner in China Au Pair industry, we will continue to move forward in the future. Keep learning advanced experience, improving our own service and promoting the healthy development of Au pair industry together with enterprises from domestic and abroad.
