In the film Yip Man, the best-known actor of Hongkong Zhen Zidan's Kung Fu has made many people familiar with Wing Chun, and even can play some symbolic moves of Wing Chun.
In a scene of the movie Yip Man, he fight with the Japanese General and soldiers, using the Wing Chun to suppress the Japanese soldiers, the final scene he defeated the Japanese soldiers that impress the people the most with the line "I want to fight with ten".
Wing Chun is a traditional Chinese martial arts, is a technology to prevent attacks, is an active, streamlined legitimate self-defense system. Comparing with other traditional Chinese martial arts it’s more focused on subduing opponents quickly and minimize damage.

Its content mainly includes "siu nim tau"(little idea) “chum kiu” (seeking bridge) and “Biu ji” (Thrusting Fingers) and so on, the main practice method is “Chi Sao” “Chi Goek " of double practice method; the auxiliary equipment are the wall sandbag, Sanxing pile and so on; the training equipment has wooden pile, knife, stick and so on.
