12^th-13^th of December, we ICXC held a Christmas party, let’s have a review about it.

At 12:30 of 12^th December our bus arrived on time, Au pairs and the colleague of the agency

get on the bus and ready for a pleasure Christmas trip.

We finally arrived at the hostel of Jiaochangwei at about 14:00 and the Au pairs can’t wait to

enter their room and showed a huge excitement.

After settling the luggage then we head for Dapeng ancient city, it’s the first time of our Au pairs to this place.

Dapeng ancient city is the city where Dapeng located, it’s at the east of Longgang district,

Pengcheng village of Dapeng town, it was found in 1394, under the name of a colonel from

Guangzhou. It is the "great peng's city" which was set up in the Ming dynasty to defeat the

invaders. The city covers an area of about 100,000 square meters. The wall is 6 meters high

and 1, 200 meters long. The walls are made of mountain jute and green stone bricks. That’s

why nowadays we called Shenzhen Peng city.

The ancient city was presented as an irregular quadrangle, there’re three main street, dongmen

street, south gate street and main street.

Enter from the main door, there’re lots vendors, various of snack, jewelry, cloths and the other thing,

our Au pair can’t fill in their eyes in one look.

Colleagues and Au pairs had a group picture in the front of the gate of the city.

You can feel the cultural atmosphere everywhere, we just like travel back to the old days,

time flow and leave the mark on the building, mottled gate, rotten wall and the stone stairs,

time remark his sign on them.

After the visit in ancient city we back in the hostel in Jiaochangwei. Our hostel was really close

to the sea, which excited our Au pair a lot, although it’s windy outside but it can’t stop the enthusiasm

from our Au pair, they head for the beach even without a rest.

By night, the colleagues from iCXC and the Au pair even cook by their own, Au pair from all around

the world cook the dishes from their country and share it to the others.

With the help of the others, we presented more and more featured dishes, it’s more than a delightful

dinner but also an international food interaction.

After pleasuring the stomach it’s our Christmas party then, everybody put their Christmas hat on sat

in a circle and played games, what comes with the games was the gift exchange section.

We also presented the season of star by this Christmas party, congratulation to Alicia for winning

this award, she is really an excellent Au pair who dedicated herself to accompany the kids and taught

kids Spanish. Alicia worked in kindergarten before and experienced in tutoring children, so the kids can

master Spanish very well!

Also congratulation to Harumi for completing her Au pair program. Harumi is a warm hearted

girl who stay in China for a really long time, it’s really uneasy for her and she did a great job!

And Laura and Lea’s birthday also in this month so we prepare a delicious cake especially

for them to celebrate it, and also happy birthday time Laura and Lea!

Sometimes you have to admire the Au pair for they seems have infinite emergency, and they

woke up at the very begin of the morning. Some of our colleagues Anna and Betty also prepared

some breakfast and all empty within a second.

By 12:30 we’ve already on the bus way home. And it’s also the end of our Christmas Party, we

believe this Christmas Party left a deep impression to everyone and everybody enjoy their moment!
