【Cultural Days】Learning Traditional Chinese painting,rippling between water and ink~

Traditional Chinese Painting is known as National Painting.

Traditional Chinese Painting can be painted on silk cloth, Xuan paper and so on; Besides,

the topic of the Chinese painting is very rich and can be divided into: Portraiture, Landscape,

Bird-and flower compositions and so on.

People can feel the custom and nature via the traditional Chinese painting and also the cognition

and understanding that connected to society.

So the culture class of this month is about National Painting. The culture class started on time at 14:00

on 23th November. Our colleague introduced the source and species about the Au pair after the class were

started. Au pair were very interested in it, they can’t wait to paint by their own,

Lukas was drawing under Jason’s guide.

After the explanation of our colleague they started picking up their pen and drew by themselves.

Coping is the main step for the beginner, it’s the best way for them to learn National paint. Today’s

student main copy target is lotus and bamboo.

Au pair showed their work.

After a struggle our Au pair finally finish their work. Some Au pair drew lotus and some drew bamboo and

panda, and there some make their own creation, but they all did an excellent work. It’s undeniable that it’s

excellent for the beginner to create such a great work.

We hope that all the Au pair can learn about the unique Chinese Culture by National Painting from this culture class.

ICXC will also release more meaningful culture class in the future and lead our Au pair to know about our

Chinese culture, stay expecting!
