our iCXC organized cultural activities in August

We went to the folk culture village to participate the Water-Splashing Festival.

Firstly,  we watch a big performance of "Chinese dragon and phoenix dance".

The au pair felt extremely shocked by the performance. 

They immersed themself in this intangible and dynamic national cultural heritage and understood the  chinese folk traditional culture in the way of the audience.

the Water-Sprinkling Festival shows the combined culture of dai nationality,  music&dance,  cooking and costume.

During the festival, people splash clean water on each other, praying to wash away the bad luck in the past year.
